There was no change in the Preferred share......

count a/o 9/30, and there have been no new filings with TX SOS.

Ross wants to expand, and the issue most likely surrounds APRU control issues.

In the promo video with Ross and Dick Bickle in early August, the discussion regarding funding had to do with the issuance of Preferred shares.

Those are worth less than the 100MM commons issued for the coffee.

I believe Lena wants the deal, but the question is can Tony raise the funds.
