Rooster balls???

January 28th was the official start of the Chinese Year of The Rooster.

Rooster Balls are our biggest selling appetizer.

The following image is nice...



But they are soooo small...



... and I'm a very big eater, and would need to order 3 appetizers of these.

Maybe next time.

But I can't handle hot peppers,...



... so best I stay away and let BobZ do the deed.
