Thank you for a very factual point. Myself, I would like to know what is so funny about the government and their agencies assisting billionaires in driving and attempting to drive companies in to bankruptcy costing thousands of everyday, ordinary people trying to raise families their job and source of income? These billionaires, government agencies as well as the MSM have tried everything in the book (lying, cheating & stealing) to bring AMC down to bankruptcy and have failed. Unfortunately these same entities, billionaires, government agencies and MSM have succeeded in costing good, decent and hardworking people who are trying to raise families their jobs and much more.

LMFAO! Companies don't go bankrupt because investors sell seriously overvalued shares short. Companies only go bankrupt if their business model fails or the company's financial situation is so dire that a bankruptcy filing is the logical and best course of action. AMC does not appear to be anywhere near such a decision right now, but AMC would be in much stronger financial condition today had its shareholders not have stupidly refused to authorize the issuance of more common shares in mid-2021 when AMC could have sold shares in the $40's and $50's to wipe out all of its debt and raise additional capital. Now AA and AMC are forced to sell a heck of a lot more APE shares at $1.26 to raise capital and pay down debt. SMFH

Again, Every stock is Shorted., why does everyone think AMC is the only shorted stock. AMC is Shorted because movie going is a dying industry and odds are PPS will eventually fall. What is wrong with that?
