I’m doing my DD and I’m repeating what I read. I recognize that NioCorp is/has bought the SPAC GX11, which is different than every other SPAC deal…that could change everything. I’ts my hope.

I think people (not just a small group that don't get it...) are reading the article which is quoting stat's and facts... that does in fact constitute DD, you may want to look up the defintion of DD to confirm that...

Nobody wants us to fail (well at least the sincere longs) but EVERYONE should want to go into the merger with eyes wide open, and getting fact based information ...

We all (well hopefully all of us) want this to succeed, but we all should want all the facts and we don't want to be brow beaten or labeled as as small group that doesnt get it or is not able to agree with the crowd...........

Information and facts speak loud, and are helpful in making informed decisions....there are no 'small groups' or lumped together with this or that label(s), - just investors collecting info and deciding for themselves....
