Yes. It says that a concession is needed for mining, whether issued to a Mexican national, or to a foreign company.

So, what is/was the concession number for the mine that AABB supposedly sold for $82 million two years ago?

A mining operation of that magnitude certainly couldn't be off the record, hidden under a tree, or deep in a canyon somewhere. There had to be a concession number for it to be legal.

Face it, the company has lied about this since the start of the promotion. And then proceeded to rip off gullible investors to the tune of $150 million. The folks running this sham company, and their enablers ought to go to jail, right? And disgorge their profits back to investors (which will never happen because the funds are stashed overseas, or spent on "dining like kings").
