Richard, I received the proxy materials for the Annual Meeting, but are you saying you received materials to actually vote on the merger? It was my understanding that we need to complete the SEC process prior to putting the merger agreement to a vote of the shareholders of both entities, which was projected to occur in early 2023, i.e., Q1.
