Maybe he is selling it to milk farm in Spain out of spite. Some folks said they are going to Spain to pay him a visit to check on their investment, like Paul. Not a bad idea. I would if I didn't have full time responsibility(kids). What's 3-4k for a mini trip when you are throwing 50k plus.
