Well, the new 10-Q at least gives us some idea of what we "bought" (which is not much, in my opinion).

FPA (Florida Precision Aerospace) is a (now "discontinued") subsidiary of EVTN - essentially, it contains the "assets" of the former EVTN (Voraxial imitations, spare parts, and machine shop projects). Obviously, the new crew don't want it and will try and salvage a few bucks by getting rid of it; my view is that the disposal was already baked into the reverse merger agreement (though not actually documented).
