They are secret ideas, thus why they are in a vault. If he tells anyone what they are, they will steal them and patent them. So he needs to keep them locked up. I suggest he does a crowdfunding campaign where he takes a pic of the vault and if he reaches $10M, he will open it up and patent the ideas. After that, the rest of the world will determine if those patents are worth the paper they are written on. As of the current ones that are not expired, they are worth less than the paper they are written on.
