Won't take off with EV. And that's not trying to bash it. That's telling you straight up and my consensus and opinion. If I was a potential franchisee and did any DD and watched the effects he's had in less than 2 weeks on this stock, his reaction to it, and his actions since, I wouldn't give him a second thought. And Kool Aid is right, This company would already have financials ready for this merger. Especially if they're looking for financing their own hotels.

The gamble here is to hope Tad has another candidate lined up. Otherwise the PPS continues its downward trend. Even after the merger. IMO.
