Are these from the S-1 that is still open? I thought that we were finished issuing shares, or we must be close now. Doesn’t dumping also mean that there are buyers scooping them up? You cannot sell shares without a buyer, no? I don’t think it is anything to be worried about. Also, they increased the potential share count to 2.2B, but have not submitted an S-1 yet to start selling those, as far as I know.
