I agree Truth. Lots of speculating going on here lately. The 10-Q reports shows about a half million dollar operational loss during the 3rd quarter compared to a 200 thousand dollar operational profit during the same period last year. I'm not counting the non reoccurring stock compensation. That isn't speculation.
RXMD has 26.6 million in total liabilities and a negative 9 million in shareholder equity. That too is not speculation.
At present, they are sharing executives from NXPL for very important positions. Now NXPL's numbers aren't just bad like RXMD"S, they are worse. I do not understand how you do two jobs and perform optimally, especially when both companies are losing money..
The conference call did not address any major concerns the market has about their future plans and thus, the trading volume reflects the lack of information.
I believe there is an investable company here somewhere with RXMD, but until I have more concrete information, I'm going to take a wait and see approach.
