The uplisting will be easy, why curious? They are merging with a $87,000,000 a year Trucking and Logistics company. The company should be able to command at least a $200,000,000 market cap (probably a lot higher), that’s over $10.00 a share, even if they double the OS, it’s still over $5.00 a share. Uplisting should be no problem.
