I find it hard to believe that the agencies who've shown interest in Darkpulse's technology (CalTrans, the Bachner Group and Siemens Telecommunications, among others) would be sooooo blind as to not see DO as a jackass if he really IS one...That's why I hesitate to portray this company as a scam even though its owner sometimes comes across like a buffoon in his interviews...
Thoughts, anyone?? And please be logical and include the companies I mentioned above in your response...
