Satan and his demons also know and acknowledge Jesus, yet they are not saved from their rebellion against God. To know Christ and to accept Christ as your redeemer are two very different things. There are many in the world who "know" Christ, but have not surrendered thier lives to Him. Many who grow up in the church call themselves Christian but have never come to the personal saving knowledge of Christ spiritually.
