you have to weigh the negative against the positive. Its seems to me the positive that can happen is FAR greater than the negative here.

positives:

1.A/F
2.otcbb listing
3.new licenses
4.more national exposure
5.revenue
6.share buy back


negatives:

1. increase A/S

It seems the positives far out weigh the negatives in my book. ETIM has a great chance to succeed and make shareholders very happy.
