I've followed the company since it's current inception in 2013 when it had roughly 270 million shares. Compared to other penny stocks, its share structure grew very slowly and it never took on any significant debt. At the end of FY 2020, they reported roughly 505 million shares.
The biggest jump in OS occurred in FY 2021 when the company merged with First Bitcoin. The acquisition of First Bitcoin's assets cost the company an additional 270 million shares bringing the OS to 775 million.
JMO I suspect that the company was dependent on a number of Ukrainian programmers, who, when the war broke out, were diverted to military service. We haven't heard anything from the company since roughly the start of the Ukraine war.
