Have you ever stayed there? It’s a beautiful property as it sits now. You feel like your in Hawaii. They have said the rooms and property will have a full refresh and update. The bones of this property are solid, the rest is nothing short of a makeover. It’s happening and they are booking guests simultaneously.

You need a better slam, that one’s not going to “ hold water”.
