You are on point today. :) I've tried to make a pledge to myself to be there on the board in good times and bad. These are bad times, but you have to man up when you're losing, and that's ok. That's how you grow.
This is my concern with Ken. He doesn't want to hear criticism. I just don't see that as the least bit healthy. Every single one of us has some issues - there's no getting around it. He's got to start communicating better and addressing the shareholder concerns.
