What changed?



I'll tell you what else changed, when these entities were private corporations the average Guaranty Fee that all hard working American Families paid to access the Implicit federal guarantee was between 20 to 25 basis points per year.

Today it's nearly 3x as much, hovering around 60 basis points!

Even if you don't have a mortgage or need one, those added costs are embedded in ALL RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE AND BUYERS MUST TAKE THEM INTO ACCOUNT WHEN BIDDING ON RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE IN THE UNITED STATES.

Excellent post! Sticky absolutely.
It's a rogue group of govenment embedded banksters, taking over a turf they were not allowed to have before, but now have usurped by the rogue FHFA, who if you dug enough, I'm sure most those FHFA employees were tied to various big banks before being made part of the rogue non government funded FHFA. Our fore fathers warned us about banks and their power.
