1) Create stuff that cost you relatively little. Examples: registering web domains, trademarks, plans, designs, apps and other 'hack' technology that's piggybacked onto other systems.
2) Stash the above in a separate corporation that you privately own.
3) Imply these "assets" are the property of a public company and use them to pump a public ticker
4) Enrich yourself by using funds from the public company for use of the above assets either thru ongoing fees or by "acquiring" them for big chunks of shares.
I once exposed a CEO who had registered two web domain names for $12 each and "acquired them" from himself for 250 million shares!
IMO Ken/ Kinjal Patel needs to explain why he needs two different corporations for the same venture and felt the need to use an alias for one of them. -------------
