We have already taken a big hit on the R/S price....in my opinion a R/S is never good....couldn't sell the first couple days after the split as the price dropped.

FYI, our attorney received the documents from Nevada state. The reduction of authorised shares is processed. Just need the Transfer Agent to reflect it. $TRFE #OTC #stocks
