Not sure about a Viva casino because Johnny said Viva games with sportsbook and lottery and I'm not sure how he will do a lottery or get a sportsbook license for that matter.
I have seen in the past where there is a platform to open a reseller casino either for Viva fun or for real money if licensed. I think that if Johnny opens a Viva sportsbook and lottery for fun play that shareholders could then anticipate the day that the real deal has a grand opening ceremony with Johnny.
Either way getting started for fun could be a reason to get out a nice 8K for the shareholders benefit and pleasure with Johnny.
Also, the real Viva lottery could startup soon in the coming weeks after play is launched. This time frame could be considered the pre launch.
