The Acropolis attorney has to request the subpoena. The judge just reviews what's placed in front of him -- he doesn't make more work for himself by dreaming up additional tasks.
Why didn't Acropolis subpoena those records a year ago? Who knows. Why did they send such an antagonistic letter to Holmes in June 2020? Holmes is the wrong guy to threaten, IMO, not because he's dangerous but because he fancies himself a titan of business, and threatening a guy like that is the wrong way to deal with him.
Caren Currier hasn't been heard from on Twitter since September. Is she still working on the 3 Custodianships??? Anyone hear anything about what is happening with her.
