Wow! Now there is one of the sensors that I completely forgot
to add to the collection already in use. MOUs. Memoranda of
Understanding. A great way to indicate that something great is taking place without really committing to anything. Most of the companies using this sensor lately have used it in
regard to China deals which have almost completed their cycle.

As usual we will hear how this means nothing. I agree to a point, since it doesn't name companies or obligate anyone to anything specific. However, it's just another indicator of progress toward our goal. I don't expect anything out of the sp, but I appreciate the information.
