So everyone knows, they have 14 days to file their petition for rehearing and 90 days for the writ of centiorari. The likelihood of success on either one is very very small. The writ success is 1 in 1000 and the petition for rehearing success I would put at around the same.

If that were the case Hockey, wouldn’t they have already secured the assets in the US? Something else seems to be going on.
