Using the word, implication, in the correct context as a noun is indicative of a well educated staff. I actually had to look the word up. It is not in my immediate vocabulary.

im·pli·ca·tion
/?impl?'kaSH(?)n/
noun
plural noun: implications
1. the conclusion that can be drawn from something although it is not explicitly stated.
"the implication is that no one person at the bank is responsible"

SFRX is not hiring the “typical” work force seen across the industry.

There are implications hiring a dumb ass. It is obvious to this large shareholder; SFRX does not need to worry about that issue.

Keep it up SFRX!
