Debt holders/warrants. In a 3 month window they diluted 2.3b shares. Bright side is I believe Mast Hill will be one of the sole debt holders here. They have every asset of TGHI tied to their debt owed to them so if they wanted they could take everything if not repaid. Hard to say what their intentions are but quarterly coming up will help.
