Exactly, exactly, exactly. This is why we lost in the SC. But we have a bigger problem - I think it was in the TH blog that it was mentioned that DeSantis was also a member - I was floored.

There was a great interview with Senator Toomey the R senator for Pennsylvania who is retiring. I think he expects DeSantis to get the nomination as Trump was a disaster in Penn - which is a purple state. He said that not only did they unexpectedly lose his Senate seat - they did not flip any of the 3 congressional districts that they expected to. He said that was bad enough, but also the Penn State legislature flipped to D - which evidently had not happened in a while.

Best hope now is that Biden cashes out the warrants before Jan 2025 so some action is taken. Congress looks like it will be split - so no action there.

But forget the courts and don't count on any help from any post 2024 administration - regardless of party.
