They would have to announce either way since they said they were doing an underwriting review, I know they have been putting all the pieces together and with this added step it will provide protection for investors IMO

Agreed. They most likely have gotten a "wink and a nod" from invictus and/or lloyds that the wrap and rating are gtg.
