Burden of proof is on you to prove that there is not a company. All investors can do is go by legal filings. You made the claim that this is all a load of crap, prove it. TBH, I would enjoy seeing it.
You cant file false returns unless you want jail time. They have been signed by an accountant, plus attorney letters have been endorsed by lawyers. You are free to call them. Numbers are on the filings.
