$BOXS I agree and more to the story here. As for dilution In my opinion if Lipson or Graber thought of selling they would never get off shares. They have to file a form 3 and people would know. They didn't add 15-16 we qualified people to the team knowing shares are going to dump. Clear the debt for institutional investors no doubt.
