I have to disagree on the following: "If" Chan had the talent of a 'salesman', he would have taken your points into consideration and been fully prepared to challenge each one; if CEA believes the product and all that it offers is a value, Chan wouldn't have been invited to NACO in the first place. Are the endorsements of GSA/VA 'preferred vendor' award...another major govt-backed support-and then the NY counties' purchase along with CEA and sign-up bonuses not enough? I think they are; just need to 'BE SOLD". PS: I've seen nothing to indicate that the #FS campaign was anything but a marketing disaster. The buck stops with Chan.
