I disagree with you on the Boulder issue due to the fact that it has cost us a lot of dilution in order to acquire it. Espicially if judge Wilken orders an injuction (small chance but a chance none the less)against us. I also believe that it took longer for FDA approval because of the certification of Boulder. That is my opinion only, no fact. Avecia was producing enough drug for small stature and at a later date we would've had to make a decision about expension to support the other indications.Under better terms of course.
Intrested to hear why wouldn't we be here if it wasn't for Boulder.
