It was a PREMEDITATED act, carefully planned, methodically executed. Of course it would rile the markets if the truth got out. Gov continued course down this path since will eventually rile the markets anyway unless this is put to a stop.
All of DC and possibly plaintiff attorneys are against shareholder gains. Our attorneys are professionals doing a job. Seriously, with no support except from shareholders and some who want a a buy low sell high opportunity, who suports this? It might be interesting now that the polls are done with midterms for the plaintiffs to hire one of them. Can't even come close to attorney fees.
