Yup. Another theory is this. The R/S was a sure bet to tank the pps, even to a complete novice. So, if that’s what the goal was then why? A tanked pps motivates anger and ultimately selling at low prices. Who is there to buy at those prices? The folks who created this goat fck that’s who. Theoretically they can buy what they claim will be a multi billion dollar hotel company for 5 million in today’s Market Cap, do the R/S under a new name, issue themselves the lions share of shares and voila; they’ve got a reasonable capital structure to sell shares on a real exchange with a real operating company without us pesky otc rubes.
