LOL...the next tranche of shares that the Hearing Assist people can DUMP will start two weeks from today on 11/24. They received a HALF BILLION shares and this latest date only totals 250M of those shares.

No one knows if they have zero debt,that won't be known until the Q3 financial comes out which is due on Monday at the latest.

No dilution. They have no debt, and are raking in cash now.
