Dear Shareholders,

Updating you here on a number of accomplishments and the status of our terminal project since my last President’s Letter:

First, and foremost, CyberFuels continues to move forward with the acquisition of the land in Tampa for our CyberFuels Gateway Terminal. Our lender is still engaged, and we expect the owner’s estate to have clear title to the property this month at which time we will proceed to close our transaction either this month or next.
