I do! I ran out of posts ---so while waiting for midnight, I watched Boston Legal, and at the same time going thru the 10-Q's...now first let me tell you that I have discovered there are 100,000,000 shares authorized at par of .0001.
May I also tell you that each quarter, there are more shares that have been issued than the quarter before....and...Q3, which is where I am currently, shows a bunch of those additional shares that came out from the authorized pot, were used to pay for things, in lieu of cash....my intent is to set up an easy to read chart, showing the Quarters side by side........but I will say this much quickly....authorized shares out per Q4-05 was 45,765,171.......guess what is was Q3-06? as of 9-30-06, 56,635,434 and as of 11-1-06, 56,850,634! that's 11 mil, or so right there!
Once again, I am learning more than I ever thought I wanted to know! hahahahaha
