Good point. I haven't researched the duration from Vidal's decision to Albright's. I would imagine not long since the whole idea of a Board was to streamline the process. But if now further review is granted by Vidal - then we have her and the two board judges on our side. Only 8% of these cases were overridden by the courts (although that data is 3 years old).
