I watched some type of documentary on Netflix that explained the whole thing it was crazy! But felt wierdly like Fannie Freddie. Except the fact of the matter is

1, we know factually FNF are profitable.

2, The government can’t legally take our shares with out just compensation at some point.

3, what is done in the dark must come to light. So yes the lawsuits were disappointing because we want it now! But eventually the gov is obligated to do right by us, or else they would have already cancelled our shares (which hasn’t or will never happen!)

As far as I’m concerned it’s the fundamental of investing which is what you learn in the 6th grade not on wallstreet
Or Harvard

I bet the shares rise to $300 on fundamentals alone it’s turns the

$180 billion loan
To $400 billion return
Then the warrant turn worth an extra $200 billion
Then sheer stock price inflation adding another $200 billion
I bet the government starts looking more like a loan shark by the second.

Which really are overages that at some point would need to be returned by means of a credit or dividend.

At this point the gov is delaying the inevitable

Again I’m no expert and this is not a recommendation.
