The scary part is the release says, "Management plans a split at 100:1" PLANS!!!! To me this means it could go to 1000:1 or even 2000:1

Still is. A R/S doesn't affect the future business of EV Hotels. Only removes flippers and exchanges them with investors. Which I am sure was Ken's plan with the announcement.
