Wrong. The anti-dilution protection in the Series A, C and D preferred shares subscriptions is only to protect the owners of those shares from getting diluted if the company issues more shares. The anti-dilution protection does not mean the company cannot authorize or issue more shares before March 31, 2023. Read the filings.
