Well, it's never easy. Probably won't happen until Congress say otherwise beyond a contiguous border, what is currently say CA presently to ONLY AZ, NV, and/or OR? Then ask yourself...does the government of that named importing State want it if they can't tax it at a higher rate as they do sometimes thrice now for a full vertical? Doubtful in many, many cases. At least Cory has his NJ. They are special.
