its because the owners are dirty rotten scammers... This one American soldier in Iraq invested the little money he saved up with his wife and ended up losing it all because of these guys. I remember seeing emails from the soldier pleading with them and asking if the owners, then IPRE, if they were honest business men. It was so sad. The guy is in Iraq fighting for his country and he gets screwed over by a couple of doushbags.
