I didn't mean unexpected delays, I meant that I think the timing will be spaced out more (bigger gaps) when the court is involved for share cancellation and custodianship termination.

Like I said, I'll be thrilled if the merger happens by February. But anyone saying it will definitely be done by February is full of crap.
