The story of BioAmber coming back to pay its former shareholders has to be one of the dumbest lies ever told. I mean anyone with a heartbeat, breathing and 1 brain cell above riding the short bus wearing a helmet licking the windows knows it’s a fabricated lie. The Canadian corps are going to get deleted soon and it won’t be long before Delaware deletes BIOA Inc. I wonder if the corps being deleted is part of the secret plan as well. Simply reading the monitor reports and court docs shows it is and always was a lie. It will never happen and PWC, KKR, LCY, Visolis, BioAmber and LCYB will never be investigated or sued for any improprieties involving the BioAmber CCAA, bankruptcy and that’s a Fact!! I’m sure it will be cried about and fake talk of a class action suit will be the subject matter for a while until everyone finally let’s go of the lie and realizes the DD Fabricators lied from day one
