Understand that it would be LCY Biosciences that would have to be publicly USA listed for the fantasy to have even the slightest bit of relevance, that's who purchased the assets. It is NOT the 1 & only requirement but a string of many. It's not going to happen, there would have to be many firsts from "Bioamber Inc's" end and as we all know, the company has no corporate structure. Some major glaring road blocks are in the way which The Eagle seems to want to ignore. Perhaps you could research the requirements and enlighten him as to what's required. Maybe tell, inform him if the fantasy is even possible or not? No?.
