Do you think Jim will release some kind of statement to clarify things before we start trading? Did he give you that impression when you were there?

Dc, I admire your restraint and objectivity i.e no cheerleading in your posts. The fact you can still be interested in holding especially via your first hand account is encouraging. I wonder if a pr other than notifying us of the exchange will be forthcoming pre-halt. Very few if any companies have bounced back from this before it is a longshot but let's keep the faith.

If what you say is true, then what happened to the company buyback of shares? You stated that during the conference call with Jim Plant, the TA confirmed that there has been no change to the share structure since the AS increase. With the exception of the A/S being raised in December, wasn't the O/S and Float the same in November/December of last year when the buyback was PR'd by the company?

01/22/07 .............. 3b ........... 700m ......... 200m

Now I'm confused. Didn't the company PR in January that the share buyback continues? Is the float officially reduced when the AF's are completed? Can anyone help here?
