All this PR states is that ENDV shareholders are getting diluted worse than they already have been diluted. A reverse stock split is on the way before they raise money to actually acquire this company.

They will dump most of their toxic debt, reverse the stock and look to raise a new round of debt and preferred stock that screws current investors and strictly benefits the new money, Collier and his cronies.
